Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Prices

The Company reserves the right to amend any of their prices without prior notice. Orders are accepted on the condition that the goods will be invoiced at the prices quoted on the day the order is processed. In the event of prices changing no payments will be taken until the new prices have been agreed between the buyer and the seller.

2. Value Added Tax

All orders for goods and services are subject to standard rate of V.A.T. on the net invoice value. Invoice date is tax point for V.A.T.

3. Payment

Payment for all on line purchases must be made at the time of ordering by an appropriate credit/debit card. Goods will not be despatched until payment has been authorised.

4. Seller's Retention of Property

0.1 The Goods shall be at the Buyer's risk from delivery
0.2 In spite of delivery having been made property in the Goods shall not pass from Seller until:
- 0.2.1 the buyer shall have paid the Price plus VAT in full; and
- 0.2.2 no further sums whatever shall be due from the Buyer to the Seller.
0.3 Until property in the goods passes to the Buyer, the Buyer shall hold Goods and each of them on a fiduciary basis as bailee for the seller. The Buyer shall store the Goods (at no cost to the seller) separately from all other goods in possession and marked in such way that they are clearly identified as the Seller's property.
0.4 The seller shall be entitled to recover the price (plus VAT) notwithstanding that the property in any of the Goods has not passed from the Seller who may enter upon any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Buyer where the Goods are situated and repossess the Goods. On making of such request the rights of the Buyer shall cease.

5. Complaints and Claims

Complaints must be lodged within three days from the receipt of the goods.

Claims in respect of damage, short or non-delivery will not be entertained unless notified in writing to the Seller within three days of date of delivery.
