Returns

At Contact Packaging plc we have complete confidence in the products we supply. However in the event that you are not satisfied with any of our products we operate a simple returns policy.

If for any reason you wish to return the goods then please do so within 7 days of the original delivery date. As long as the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a satisfactory condition we will refund the original purchase price.

If you return the goods as you believe them to be faulty then please allow us 7 days to fully evaluate the product. If we find the complaint to be justified we will refund or replace the product as required and refund the cost to return the goods (proof may be required).
