Is the site secure?

Yes, we use SSL technology to encrypt sensitive information such as address and credit card details.

How do I place an order?

Click on the 'add to shopping basket' button from a product page to add any items to your shopping basket. If you change your mind you can view your shopping basket and remove the product from your basket.

What happens next?

Once you complete your order you will be shown an invoice on screen that you can print off & keep. Shortly after you log out you will receive by email an order acknowledgement. Your order will then go for processing. Once we have confirmed all the items are in stock we will process the payment and you will then receive another email confirming the goods have been despatched. Should an item be out of stock we will inform you of any likely delay to the order and you will have an opportunity to cancel that line or order an alternative.

Can I return the goods?

Yes you can return any products ordered from us. Please see our returns policy for full details.

Is there a minimum order?

All of the products available are either supplied singular or in multiple packs. You have the option of purchasing all items in their lowest denominator.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We try to accommodate most order scenarios on the web site, however should you require a product in a significantly higher quantity than those featured please contact our sales office for new prices.

Can I open a credit account?

The most cost effective way of ordering products on the web site is to do it on line which requires payment at the end of the process. If you are looking to place bulk orders contact our sales office for new prices.

I cannot find what I am looking for

With so many products available we cannot feature everything on the web site. Should you need a specific size of cardboard box or polythene bag please or need advice on what is the best product for you please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you.

Do you supply overseas?

I am sorry but the agreement we have with our transport company is for main land UK only.

Can I collect my order?

You are welcome to collect any orders placed from our Preston or Birmingham (Kings Norton) sites. When ordering please specify at the shopping basket that you wish to pick up your order in person. Once your order has been placed we will contact you to confirm which location you would like to collect your goods from.
